SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Volume Adjust

डेसिबल में एक निश्चित गेन लागू करके किसी ऑडियो फ़ाइल के वॉल्यूम को बढ़ाएं या घटाएं।

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/audio/volume-adjust

एक ऑडियो फ़ाइल और एक JSON settings फ़ील्ड के साथ multipart form data स्वीकार करता है।

Notes

धनात्मक मान वॉल्यूम बढ़ाते हैं; ऋणात्मक मान इसे घटाते हैं।
बड़े धनात्मक गेन क्लिपिंग का कारण बन सकते हैं। लाउडनेस-सुरक्षित लेवलिंग के लिए normalize-audio का उपयोग करें।
आउटपुट आमतौर पर इनपुट कंटेनर को बनाए रखता है। AAC इनपुट को M4A के रूप में लिखा जाता है, और असमर्थित decode-only इनपुट MP3 पर वापस चले जाते हैं।
