SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Video to Frames

Haal individuele frames uit een video en download ze als een ZIP-archief met PNG- of JPG-afbeeldingen.

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/video/video-to-frames

Accepteert multipart form data met een videobestand en een JSON-veld settings.

Parameters

Notes

De modus all extraheert elk frame en kan voor lange video's zeer grote ZIP-bestanden opleveren. Gebruik de modus nth of timestamps voor selectieve extractie.
PNG behoudt de volledige kwaliteit maar produceert grotere bestanden. JPG is kleiner maar lossy.
De respons downloadt als een ZIP-archief met opeenvolgend genummerde afbeeldingsbestanden.
