SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Blur Pad

ปรับวิดีโอให้พอดีกับอัตราส่วนภาพเป้าหมายโดยเติมพื้นที่ขอบด้วยสำเนาของวิดีโอที่เบลอและปรับขนาด แทนที่จะเป็นแถบสีทึบ

รับข้อมูลแบบ multipart form data พร้อมไฟล์วิดีโอและฟิลด์ JSON settings

Notes

ค่าเบลอที่สูงขึ้นจะให้พื้นหลังที่นุ่มนวลและเป็นนามธรรมมากขึ้น ค่าที่ต่ำกว่าจะคงรายละเอียดให้มองเห็นได้มากขึ้น
หากวิดีโอตรงกับอัตราส่วนภาพเป้าหมายอยู่แล้ว ไฟล์จะถูกคืนกลับมาโดยไม่เปลี่ยนแปลง
หากต้องการแถบเติมขอบแบบสีทึบ ให้ใช้เครื่องมือ Aspect Pad แทน
