SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

ครอบตัดรูปภาพเป็นวงกลมที่อยู่กึ่งกลางพร้อมมุมโปร่งใส รองรับการปรับซูม, ระยะเยื้อง, ขอบ และขนาดเอาต์พุต

POST /api/v1/tools/image/circle-crop

รับข้อมูลแบบ multipart form data พร้อมไฟล์รูปภาพและฟิลด์ JSON settings

Notes

เอาต์พุตเป็น PNG เสมอเพื่อรักษามุมโปร่งใส (เว้นแต่ background ถูกตั้งเป็นสีทึบ)
วงกลมถูกจารึกภายในมิติที่สั้นกว่าของรูปภาพ ใช้ zoom เพื่อครอบตัดแน่นขึ้น และ offsetX/offsetY เพื่อเลื่อนพื้นที่ที่มองเห็น
เมื่อระบุ outputSize ผลลัพธ์จะถูกปรับขนาดเป็นมิติสี่เหลี่ยมจัตุรัสนั้นหลังการครอบตัด
อินพุต HEIC, RAW, PSD และ SVG จะถูกถอดรหัสอัตโนมัติก่อนประมวลผล
