SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

รับข้อมูลแบบ multipart form data พร้อมไฟล์ Word/ODT/RTF/TXT

Parameters

เครื่องมือนี้ไม่มีพารามิเตอร์ที่กำหนดค่าได้ อัปโหลดเอกสารแล้วจะถูกแปลงเป็น PDF

Notes

รูปแบบไฟล์อินพุตที่รองรับ: .docx, .doc, .odt, .rtf, .txt
การแปลงจัดการโดย LibreOffice ที่ทำงานแบบ headless บนเซิร์ฟเวอร์
ฟอนต์ที่ฝังอยู่ในเอกสารจะถูกใช้เมื่อมี มิฉะนั้นจะใช้ฟอนต์ระบบแทน
ส่วนหัว, ส่วนท้าย, ตาราง และรูปภาพจะถูกรักษาไว้ในเอาต์พุต PDF
