SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

รวมไฟล์เสียงสองไฟล์ขึ้นไปเข้าเป็นแทร็กเดียวแบบต่อเนื่อง เชื่อมต่อกันตามลำดับที่อัปโหลด

รับได้ 2 ถึง 10 ไฟล์เสียงต่อคำขอ
ไฟล์ถูกเชื่อมต่อตามลำดับการอัปโหลด
ไฟล์อินพุตทั้งหมดถูกเข้ารหัสใหม่เป็นรูปแบบเอาต์พุตและอัตราตัวอย่างที่เลือกเพื่อการเชื่อมต่อที่ราบรื่น
รองรับรูปแบบอินพุตที่ผสมกัน (เช่น WAV หนึ่งไฟล์และ MP3 หนึ่งไฟล์)
