Siddharth Kumar Sah cff1930920 feat(api): add llms.txt and llms-full.txt endpoints 
Serve LLM-friendly documentation at /llms.txt (index) and
/llms-full.txt (full API docs as markdown). Generated from the
OpenAPI spec at startup.
