The shouldShowConsent function in the shared package had the correct
logic for checking analyticsConsentRemindAt, but the AuthGuard never
used it. The inline check only redirected to the consent page when
both analyticsEnabled and analyticsConsentShownAt were null, which
is never true after "remind later" since shownAt gets set.
- Destructure analyticsConsentRemindAt from useAuth session
- Hydrate remindAt into the analytics store instead of hardcoding null
- Replace inline redirect check with shouldShowConsent from shared pkg
- Read analyticsConfig from the store inside AuthGuard for serverEnabled
PostHog SDK was initialized on app mount based only on the server-level
config flag, ignoring user consent. This caused network requests to
us-assets.i.posthog.com (config.js, web-vitals.js, dead-clicks-autocapture.js)
even when the user had not opted in or had explicitly declined telemetry.
- Replace static imports of posthog-js and @sentry/react with dynamic
import() so the SDK bundles are not downloaded until consent is granted
- Gate initAnalytics on analyticsConsent.analyticsEnabled === true,
not just server config.enabled
- Add consent re-check after each await import() to handle revocation
during the async load
- Add shutdownAnalytics() that calls opt_out_capturing() + reset()
for mid-session consent revocation
- setAnalyticsConsent(false) now triggers full SDK shutdown automatically
- Rewrite analytics test suite with 44 tests covering init gating,
shutdown lifecycle, consent toggle, race conditions, and Sentry callbacks

When auth was disabled, users could log out, reach the login page,
and authenticate with the default admin/admin credentials to gain
full admin privileges — defeating the purpose of AUTH_ENABLED=false.
Defense-in-depth fix across five layers:
- Skip ensureDefaultAdmin() when auth is disabled (no admin user seeded)
- Return 403 from POST /api/auth/login when auth is disabled
- Return synthetic anonymous user from GET /api/auth/session when auth is disabled
- Hide logout button in settings when auth is disabled
- Redirect /login and /change-password to / via AuthGuard when auth is disabled

Add a privacy policy page accessible at /privacy (public, no auth required).
Relax Content-Security-Policy for /api/docs route to allow Scalar's inline
script initialization, fixing blank docs page in production.
The backend sets mustChangePassword=true for all new accounts and
blocks API calls until the password is changed. The frontend was not
handling this flag - it logged the user in and redirected to the
dashboard where every API call silently failed with 403.
Add a /change-password page that is shown when mustChangePassword is
true. The login page now redirects there instead of home, and the
AuthGuard intercepts any direct navigation to force the change first.
Remove docs/superpowers/, .claude/ config, and PRD.md from version
control (kept locally via .gitignore). Update README, CHANGELOG,
VitePress docs, and .env.example to reflect recent features: Files
page, teams, admin settings, persistent storage, and various API
improvements.
Creates the full Files page UI (Tasks 8 & 9): FilesNav, FileListItem,
FileList, FileDetails, FileUploadArea components, FilesPage layout, and
wires up the /files route plus sidebar/mobile-nav entries.
Samsung Galaxy phones (and others) can have GPS EXIF tags with null
coordinate values when location is disabled. The server returned
_latitude: null, and the client guard used !== undefined which passed
for null, causing null.toFixed() to crash React with no ErrorBoundary.
- Server: validate GPS array values are actual numbers before computing
- Client: use != null guard (catches both null and undefined)
- App: add ErrorBoundary to prevent white screens from any future crash
Home page: after uploading an image, shows tool selector on the left
(quick actions + all 37 tools by category) with image preview on the
right. Stays on the main page — no popup overlay.
Auth: when AUTH_ENABLED=true, unauthenticated users are redirected to
/login. Default credentials admin/admin. When auth is disabled (dev
default), no redirect happens.
Add useMobile hook for viewport detection (<768px). Update AppLayout
with hamburger menu, slide-over sidebar overlay, and fixed bottom
navigation bar (Tools, Automate, Files, Settings) for mobile. Update
Sidebar with expanded mode for mobile overlay. Update ToolPage to
stack settings above dropzone on mobile with collapsible panel. Add
