Adds a CSS-only Product dropdown (Developers, Self-hosted tools, Alternatives) to the top nav and restores the lg breakpoint. Mobile menu lists items flat. Updated homepage e2e (navbar + dropdown-hover tests, footer scope). Verified at 1024/1280px, 63/63 landing e2e.
Restores Developers to the top nav by swapping out the Features homepage anchor. Nav is now Enterprise, Pricing, Alternatives, Developers, Docs, Talk to a human. Updated two e2e assertions that checked for a Features nav link. Verified visually at 1120/1280px and 62/62 landing e2e.
Leads public copy with self-hosted file-processing infrastructure and demotes tool count to a proof point across README, docs, llms.txt, DockerHub, and the landing site. Adds a /self-hosted hub plus 7 job-intent SEO pages with a build-time validator, deepens the flagship /alternatives pages, adds a remove.bg page, three shared components, and landing e2e coverage.
Updates the homepage.spec.ts hero assertions (page title, headline, subtitle, trust badges) and the navbar contact link label to match the current landing copy. Verified 18/18 homepage e2e tests pass against the live landing.
Lands five integrated branches: pipeline templates (#355), analytics opt-out (#354), 83 conversion presets bringing the catalog to 240 tools (#356), self-hosted positioning (#353), and e2e modernization (#351).
Integration fixes: aligned stale web analytics tests with the opt-out/allow-list model, closed 3 CodeQL incomplete-sanitization alerts in the i18n generator, resolved settings/index/docs/format-matrix conflicts, and corrected tool counts to 240.
- tests/e2e/helpers.ts: build the sharp script path via JSON.stringify
instead of single-quote-only replace (CodeQL js/incomplete-sanitization,
high: backslashes were not escaped). Proper fix, no suppression.
- landing CategoryCards: rename the file-modality marketing card to
"File Tools" (matches the Image/Video/Audio Tools siblings and is
unique vs the 23 "Files" tool pills, which broke the e2e locator).
Modality label stays "Files" everywhere it is the actual modality.
The fifth user-facing group is now Image, Video, Audio, PDF, Files
(internal modality id stays "file"; section.ts "files" was already
"Files"). Updates modality.ts label + comment, all 21 i18n locales
(categories.data "Data Files"->"Files", modalities.documentsAndFiles
"PDF & Data"->"PDF & Files", dead homePage.data), landing cards/hero
search/tools filter, docs headings, and e2e modality-tab assertions
(/^Data/ -> /^Files/, which had been failing).
Zero client JS, 165 static pages, self-hosted fonts, Otter Orange
design system. Includes tool SEO data for all 157 tools, enterprise
page, and updated e2e landing tests.
- Create 53 per-tool VitePress documentation pages with accurate
parameters from Zod schemas, example requests, and response formats
- Add root llms.txt for LLM-friendly repo browsing
- Fix OpenAPI spec: add auth and 422 error schemas to
edit-metadata/inspect and strip-metadata/inspect sub-routes
- Fix tool count inconsistency (52 -> 53) across landing site,
e2e tests, and local docs
- Rename color-adjustments.ts to adjust-colors.ts to match tool ID
- Update VitePress sidebar with all 8 tool categories and top nav
ai-canvas-expand was added to constants.ts and route files but never
added to the landing page bento grid, causing all hardcoded counts
to remain at 51. This updates all references across source, docs,
i18n, and tests to reflect the correct count of 52 tools.
