Fixes#557. Vivid fill, ink label: brand #E07832 stays on fills while primary-foreground flips to #1A1814 (5.83:1); new theme-aware ink tokens carry orange, destructive, and success text roles; opacity-modified text purged; landing, demo, and the docs fund button retuned. Guarded by a CSS-parsing unit contrast test, rebuilt axe baselines with zero contrast entries, a new landing axe smoke, and fully regenerated darwin visual baselines.
Editing a file from the library used to silently supersede it: the worker auto-saved every result as a new version and the leaf-only listing hid the original, which read as a destructive overwrite. Tool pages now show a per-edit choice for library-sourced files. The default saves the result as an independent new file and keeps the original; picking overwrite keeps the old superseding-version behavior.
The client sends a saveMode multipart field next to fileId, validated with a 400 on unknown values, and autoSaveToLibrary branches on it. Every hand-written route that honors fileId parses the field the same way as the factory. The review panel shows where an auto-saved result went instead of offering a second, duplicate save. Tools whose route or submitter ignores fileId keep the selector hidden via a shared unsupported-tools set, and the choice resets to the non-destructive default whenever a new file is staged.

SnapOtter spans five modalities now, but several code paths still assumed image input.
- dropzone: default to accept-all when no fileFilter is given (image tools still pass one); neutral "supported file types" error text instead of "image files"
- automate (pipelines): accept any modality in the file pickers and dropzones; render modality-aware previews (video player, audio waveform, document/data card) instead of always using ImageViewer/BeforeAfterSlider
- filename sanitizer: extend the double-extension allowlist beyond image extensions to video/audio/document/data so e.g. "report.csv.php" becomes "report.csv"; add tests
- thumbnail route: return 422 for non-rasterisable files (audio, data, non-PDF docs) instead of attempting a doomed Sharp decode
- pool: unknown tools fall back to the "system" pool, not the image pool
- a11y labels: "Previous/Next image", "Image viewer/area/controls/drop zone" are now modality-neutral, across all 21 locales
- copy: bulk-rename default, find-duplicates ZIP name, SSRF user-agent, fetch-urls fallback name, file-details MIME label, URL-import placeholder, help dialog
- Video files: inline video player with controls
- Audio files: waveform visualization with playback (wavesurfer.js)
- Image files: thumbnail preview (existing behavior)
- Documents/data: file type icon with format label
- Import from Files now navigates back to the tool page with the
selected file loaded (uses selectForTool router state)
- Tool page skips file store reset when arriving from the library
- Removed "Open in Pipeline" button from file details and file list
- Button text changes to "Select File" when in file-selection mode
Adopt the landing page's Otter Orange (#E07832) design system across
the web app, replacing the generic blue (#2563eb) theme. Light mode
uses warm cream/stone neutrals, dark mode uses deep brown tones.

The Open File button in the Files section did nothing due to a race
condition where the home page reset the file store on mount before files
from handleOpenFile could render. Upload on the files page used fetch
with no timeout, progress, or retry, causing silent failures on mobile
and slow connections. SSE connections for job progress had no keepalive
pings, allowing reverse proxies to kill idle streams.
The <img src> tag cannot send Authorization headers, so thumbnail
requests returned 401 and browsers displayed the alt text (filename)
instead of the image. Replaced with AuthImage component that fetches
via fetch() with proper auth headers and renders blob URLs.
Add complete i18n infrastructure with 21 supported languages:
English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean,
Spanish, French, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, German, Dutch, Swedish,
Russian, Polish, Ukrainian, Arabic (RTL), Turkish, Hindi, Vietnamese,
Indonesian, and Thai.

* feat: allow multi-file selection for automation pipeline
Add two ways to import server-stored files into the pipeline:
1. Files page: "Pipeline" bulk action button and "Open in Pipeline"
button in file details panel — navigates to /automate with selected
file IDs via React Router state.
2. Automate page: "Import from Library" button opens a modal with
thumbnails, search, and multi-select checkboxes to pick files from
the user's server-stored library.
Both paths download the selected files and load them into the existing
useFileStore, reusing the batch pipeline processing infrastructure.

* fix: resolve 8 pre-existing test failures across unit and integration suites
- file-validation.ts: Return valid:false when Sharp fails to read
metadata for standard formats (PNG, JPEG, BMP) instead of silently
accepting corrupt buffers. CLI-decoded formats already skip Sharp.
- pipeline.ts: Enforce hard cap of 20 steps via .max() instead of
relying on MAX_PIPELINE_STEPS env var (default 0 = unlimited).
Tighten name limit to 100 chars and description to 500 chars to
match test expectations.
- env.ts: Change MAX_LOGO_SIZE_KB default from 2048 to 500 to match
the branding upload size limit the tests verify.
Centralize duplicated getToken() + Bearer header logic into a single
formatHeaders() helper in lib/api.ts. When no token exists, the
Authorization header is omitted entirely instead of sending an empty
Bearer token, which breaks forward-auth proxies like Authelia behind
Caddy.
Changes:
- Add formatHeaders() with try-catch around localStorage access
- Replace 20+ duplicated getToken() definitions across tool components
- Migrate all call sites including file-details, settings, change-password
- Update tests to verify header omission on empty token
Based on the fix proposed by @jules2689 in #6, with improvements:
file placement (lib/api.ts vs components), localStorage error handling,
simplified truthiness check, and complete call-site coverage.

Remove docs/superpowers/, .claude/ config, and PRD.md from version
control (kept locally via .gitignore). Update README, CHANGELOG,
VitePress docs, and .env.example to reflect recent features: Files
page, teams, admin settings, persistent storage, and various API
improvements.
Add serverFileId to FileEntry, pass fileId in tool processor formData when
a file originates from the Files page, and set serverFileId on the loaded
entry so subsequent tool runs create new file versions instead of duplicates.
Creates the full Files page UI (Tasks 8 & 9): FilesNav, FileListItem,
FileList, FileDetails, FileUploadArea components, FilesPage layout, and
wires up the /files route plus sidebar/mobile-nav entries.
