The before-after slider hardcoded a checkerboard background on the
entire "after" overlay, which filled letterbox/pillarbox space around
non-transparent images. Replaced with a neutral bg-muted/30.
In image-viewer, moved the checkerboard from the outer container
(which included padding) to the img element itself, so it only
shows through transparent pixels rather than the surrounding area.
The processed image in the BeforeAfterSlider was layered on top of the
original with a semi-transparent background. When the processed result
had transparency (e.g. after remove-background), the original image
showed through, making it look like the background was not removed.
Added an opaque checkerboard background behind the processed image so
transparent areas are clearly visible instead of showing the original.
Remove docs/superpowers/, .claude/ config, and PRD.md from version
control (kept locally via .gitignore). Update README, CHANGELOG,
VitePress docs, and .env.example to reflect recent features: Files
page, teams, admin settings, persistent storage, and various API
improvements.
Consolidate all access to localhost:1349 — Vite dev server serves on 1349
and proxies API calls to an internal dev port (13490). Production API
defaults to 1349. Also includes strip-metadata improvements, UI component
updates, and compress operation fixes.

image. Shows file size badges with savings percentage. Supports pointer
events for both mouse and touch. Integrated into tool-page to replace
dropzone after processing completes. Updated file-store with
originalBlobUrl for comparison. Enhanced dropzone with multi-file count
badge and file list display.
