SnapOtter 09b26718e1 test(fixtures): replace synthetic media with real CC-BY/CC0 content 
- Video: Big Buck Bunny (Blender Foundation, CC-BY 3.0) 8s segment
  replaces ffmpeg testsrc2 synthetic; container variants hero.{mov,webm,mkv,avi}
- Speech: macOS TTS (CC0) replaces unknown-origin speech files;
  format variants speech.{flac,ogg,m4a,aac,opus} for depth tests
- Chat images: Sharp SVG mock chat UI (CC0) replaces third-party
  app screenshots with personal content
- Registry: video.hero.{mov,webm,mkv,avi}, audio.speech.{flac,ogg,m4a,aac,opus}
- Integrity guard: 19 ffprobe assertions (was 8)
- Parity: 13177 passed, 0 dropped

SnapOtter d6975d3d46 test(fixtures): replace 3 copyrighted assets with CC0 alternatives 
- animated-simpsons.gif: was Homer Simpson (Fox/Disney copyright),
  now ffmpeg testsrc color-cycling GIF
- svg-logo.svg: was ConvertICO brand logo (third-party trademark),
  now geometric test-fixture SVG
- multi-face.webp: was Shutterstock stock photo #199321457
  (watermarked, copyrighted), now Sharp-generated face-placeholder grid

SnapOtter 999240f20e test(fixtures): regenerate Category A content as provably CC0 synthetics 
Replace 13 content fixtures with deterministic, reproducible outputs
from gen-synthetic-content.mjs:

- QR codes (PNG/SVG/AVIF): qrcode lib encoding https://snapotter.com
- Barcodes (PNG/AVIF): Code 128B encoder for SNAPOTTER-TEST-123
- OCR text (English/Japanese PNG): Sharp SVG text rendering
- PDFs (2-page/6-page): minimal PDF byte generator
- Audio (MP3 with ID3 tags, 30s WAV): ffmpeg 440Hz sine wave
- Video (1s metadata, 30s hero): ffmpeg testsrc2 + sine tone

All outputs are CC0 with no third-party IP. The generator script is
idempotent and can be re-run to reproduce identical fixtures.

SnapOtterandGitHub d8cf979d4b fix: resolve 18 QA-discovered bugs across tools, previews, and the AI pipeline (#242) 
Exhaustive QA sweep of all 157 tools. Fixes: CSP blob media, csv-excel ExcelJS interop, ocr-pdf segfault, chart-maker upload, non-PDF doc preview, RAW decode, merge-tool multi-file path, html-to-image chromium, ogv/wma/amr/ac3 preview fallbacks, meme/gif/stabilize codecs, nav+home a11y. Plus orphan-format and test-debt cleanup, the AI bundle build script, and a reusable Playwright QA harness under tests/qa/.

SnapOtter 6b79184a93 fix(ci): downsize remaining oversized test fixtures (JXL + HEIF) 
- sample.jxl: 6000x4000 (1.1MB) -> 1440x960 (70KB)
- motorcycle.heif: 8736x5856 (2.5MB) -> 1440x960 (224KB)
- Bump test job timeout to 20 minutes for headroom

SnapOtter e3259d163a fix: PaddleOCR CPU crash, content-aware-resize limits, barcode fixtures 
- Add enable_mkldnn=False to PaddleOCR constructor to bypass PaddlePaddle
  3.3+ OneDNN/PIR crash on CPU-only systems
- Add 25MP and 75% max-reduction guard to seam carving with clear error
  messages instead of silent timeout/crash
- Replace barcode/QR AVIF test fixtures with actual scannable codes
  (old fixtures did not contain real barcodes)

ashim-hq babca4cf97 test: comprehensive test coverage expansion (+965 tests) 
Add 42 new test files covering all untested tool routes, image engine
internals, AI sidecar bridge, Zustand stores, and cross-format
compatibility. Expand e2e-docker suite with 7 spec files covering all
48 tools against a real Docker container.

Unit tests:
- Image engine: format detection, MIME mapping, metadata parsing, pipeline
- AI bridge: sidecar lifecycle, all 11 tool functions (mocked)
- Web stores: 14 Zustand stores (collage, settings, features, analytics, etc.)
- API helpers: format decoders, page range, file validation

Integration tests:
- 25 tool routes that had zero dedicated tests
- Cross-format matrix: 17 input formats x 3 tools
- Edge cases: zero-byte files, corrupted headers, path traversal, XSS, SQL injection
- Concurrent request handling and pipeline edge cases

E2E-Docker (Playwright against real container):
- 7 spec files: essential, adjustment, conversion, creative, utility, AI, pipeline
- Custom buildMultipart helper for multi-file tool uploads
- AI tools gracefully skip when sidecar not installed

Fixtures:
- Organized test media: formats/ (18 formats) + content/ (17 content types)
- Reduced from 3.1 GB unorganized samples to 33 MB structured fixtures

Bug fix:
- color-adjustments: gamma exposure used invalid single-param gamma() for
  positive values; fixed to use two-param gamma(gammaIn, gammaOut) form
