feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+## Notes {#notes}
+
+- 倍率 `2` 會使播放速度加倍（時長減半）。倍率 `0.5` 會使播放速度減半（時長加倍）。
+- 當 `keepPitch` 為 `true` 時，音訊會進行時間伸縮，讓聲音聽起來自然。當為 `false` 時，音高會隨速度按比例變化。
+- 有效範圍為 0.25x 到 4x。
