feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+## Notes {#notes}
+
+- 使用 FFmpeg 的 `loudnorm` 濾鏡，以 -16 LUFS 整合響度、-1.5 dBTP 真實峰值和 11 LU 響度範圍（EBU R128 廣播標準）為目標。
+- 來源音訊取樣率會在輸出中保留。
+- 若影片沒有音訊軌，請求會回傳 400 錯誤。
