feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+## Notes {#notes}
+
+- `2` 的倍数会使播放速度加倍（时长减半）。`0.5` 的倍数会使播放速度减半（时长加倍）。
+- 当 `keepPitch` 为 `true` 时，音频会被时间拉伸，使人声听起来自然。当为 `false` 时，音调会随速度成比例变化。
+- 有效范围为 0.25x 到 4x。
