feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+通过位置和尺寸定义一个矩形区域来裁剪图片。支持像素和百分比两种单位。

+接受 multipart 表单数据，包含一个图片文件和一个 JSON `settings` 字段。

+## 注意事项 {#notes}
+
+- 裁剪区域必须位于图片边界之内。如果区域超出图片范围，请求将失败。
+- 使用 `percent` 单位时，这些值表示图片尺寸的百分比（例如 `left: 10` 表示从左边缘起 10%）。
+- 输出格式与输入格式一致。
+- 裁剪前会自动应用 EXIF 方向，因此坐标对应于视觉上正确的方向。
