feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+## 说明 {#notes}
+
+- 每个请求接受 2 到 10 个音频文件。
+- 文件按上传顺序拼接。
+- 所有输入文件都会被重新编码为所选的输出格式和采样率，以实现无缝拼接。
+- 支持混合的输入格式（例如一个 WAV 和一个 MP3）。
