feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+## 说明 {#notes}
+
+- 支持的输入格式包括 MP3、WAV、OGG、FLAC、AAC、M4A、WMA、AIFF 和 OPUS。
+- 比特率仅适用于有损格式（MP3、OGG、M4A）。像 WAV 和 FLAC 这样的无损格式会忽略此设置。
+- 输出文件名保留原始名称，仅更换扩展名。
