feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+
+## 说明 {#notes}
+
+- 响应包含一个 `metadata` 对象，其中含有容器格式、时长、比特率和当前标签。
+- 当 `strip` 为 `true` 时，所有标签字段都会被忽略，且每个现有标签都会被移除。
+- 只有你提供的标签会被更新；未指定的标签保持不变。
+- 输出格式与输入格式一致。
