feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+
+Trích xuất các khung hình riêng lẻ từ video và tải xuống dưới dạng file ZIP chứa ảnh PNG hoặc JPG.

+Nhận multipart form data gồm một file video và một trường JSON `settings`.

+## Notes {#notes}
+
+- Chế độ `all` trích xuất mọi khung hình và có thể tạo ra file ZIP rất lớn với các video dài. Dùng chế độ `nth` hoặc `timestamps` để trích xuất có chọn lọc.
+- PNG giữ nguyên chất lượng đầy đủ nhưng tạo ra file lớn hơn. JPG nhỏ hơn nhưng có mất dữ liệu.
+- Phản hồi tải xuống dưới dạng file ZIP chứa các file ảnh được đánh số tuần tự.
