feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+## Notes {#notes}
+
+- Yêu cầu cài đặt model bundle `background-removal` (4-5 GB).
+- Phase 1 lưu vào bộ nhớ đệm mask trong suốt và ảnh gốc để Phase 2 (hiệu ứng) có thể áp dụng lại các nền khác nhau tức thì mà không chạy lại mô hình AI.
+- Hỗ trợ các định dạng đầu vào HEIC/HEIF, RAW, TGA, PSD, EXR và HDR thông qua giải mã tự động.
+- Xoay EXIF được tự động sửa trước khi xử lý.
