feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+Yerleşik şablonları veya özel görselleri kullanarak meme oluşturun. Klasik meme biçimlendirmesiyle (kalın, dış çizgili metin), birden fazla yerleşim ön ayarı ve font seçenekleriyle metin ekleyin.

+## API Uç Noktası {#api-endpoint}

+`POST /api/v1/tools/image/meme-generator`
+
+Şu ikisinden birini kabul eder:
+- Bir görsel dosyası ve bir JSON `settings` alanı içeren **çok parçalı form verisi** (özel görsel modu)
+- Bir `templateId` içeren **JSON gövdesi** (şablon modu, dosya yüklemeye gerek yoktur)

+## Notlar {#notes}
+
+- Ya bir `templateId` ya da yüklenmiş bir görsel dosyası gereklidir. İkisi birden sağlanırsa şablon kullanılır.
+- Şablonlar kendi metin kutusu konumlarını tanımlar; şablon kullanılırken `textLayout` parametresi göz ardı edilir.
+- Metin, klasik meme görünümü için dış çizgi konturlarıyla SVG olarak işlenir.
+- Açıkça ayarlanmadıysa font boyutu, metin kutusuna sığacak şekilde otomatik olarak hesaplanır.
+- Boş metin kutuları atlanır (tüm kutular boşsa hiçbir işleme yapılmaz).
+- Şablon kullanılırken çıktı dosya adı şablon kimliğini içerir (örn. `meme-drake.png`).
+- HEIC, RAW, PSD ve SVG girdileri işlemden önce otomatik olarak çözülür.
