feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+- ฟิลด์ `dataUri` มี data URI ที่สมบูรณ์ พร้อมใช้งานในแอตทริบิวต์ `src` หรือ CSS โดยไม่ต้องมีคำขอเพิ่มเติม
+- ฟิลด์ `html` และ `css` ให้ snippet แบบคัดลอกวางสำหรับกรณีการใช้งานทั่วไป
+- กลยุทธ์ `blur` ผลิตภาพขนาดย่อที่นุ่มนวลและเบลอ กลยุทธ์ `pixelate` สร้างโมเสกแบบบล็อก กลยุทธ์ `solid` คืนค่าสีเฉลี่ยเดียว
+- ขนาด placeholder ทั่วไปคือ 200-500 ไบต์ ทำให้เหมาะสำหรับการฝังโดยตรงใน HTML
