feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+Konwertuje plik HTML na sformatowany dokument PDF. Zasoby zdalne (zewnętrzne obrazy, arkusze stylów, skrypty) są wyłączone ze względu na prywatność.

+Przyjmuje dane formularza multipart z plikiem HTML.

+To narzędzie nie ma konfigurowalnych parametrów. Prześlij plik HTML, a zostanie on przekonwertowany na PDF.

+## Notes {#notes}
+
+- Akceptowane formaty wejściowe: `.html`, `.htm`.
+- Zasoby zdalne (obrazy, arkusze stylów, skrypty wskazywane przez adresy URL) nie są pobierane ze względów prywatności i bezpieczeństwa.
+- Style wpisane bezpośrednio i osadzone obrazy (data URI) są zachowywane.
+- Konwersję obsługuje WeasyPrint na serwerze.
