feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+## Notes {#notes}
+
+- `all` 모드는 모든 프레임을 추출하며 긴 비디오의 경우 매우 큰 ZIP 파일을 생성할 수 있습니다. 선택적 추출에는 `nth` 또는 `timestamps` 모드를 사용하세요.
+- PNG는 전체 품질을 유지하지만 파일이 더 큽니다. JPG는 더 작지만 손실 형식입니다.
+- 응답은 순차적으로 번호가 매겨진 이미지 파일이 담긴 ZIP 아카이브로 다운로드됩니다.
