feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+## Notes {#notes}
+
+- 회전이 먼저 적용된 다음 뒤집기 작업이 적용됩니다.
+- 90도가 아닌 회전(예: 45도)은 회전된 이미지에 맞게 캔버스를 확장하며, 출력 형식에 따라 투명 또는 검정색으로 채웁니다.
+- 일반적인 값: 90, 180, 270(4분의 1 회전).
+- EXIF 방향은 처리 전에 자동으로 적용되므로 회전은 시각적 방향을 기준으로 합니다.
