feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+## 참고 사항 {#notes}
+
+- 변환 방향은 입력 파일 확장자로 자동 감지됩니다: `.json`는 `.xml`을 생성하고, `.xml`는 `.json`을 생성합니다.
+- `pretty` 매개변수는 양방향 모두에 적용됩니다. `false`일 때 출력은 들여쓰기 없이 간결합니다.
+- XML 속성과 중첩 구조는 왕복 변환 시 가능한 한 유지됩니다.
