feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+## 참고 사항 {#notes}
+
+- **transcription** 기능 번들이 설치되어 있어야 합니다. 번들을 사용할 수 없는 경우 코드 `FEATURE_NOT_INSTALLED`, 누락된 `feature`, `featureName`, `estimatedSize`와 함께 `501`를 반환합니다.
+- 전사에 faster-whisper를 사용합니다. 언어 `auto`는 발화된 언어를 자동으로 감지합니다.
+- `srt` 및 `vtt` 형식은 각 세그먼트의 타임스탬프를 포함하여 자막에 적합합니다.
+- `txt` 형식은 타임스탬프 없이 일반 텍스트를 반환합니다.
+- 이 도구는 오래 실행되는 AI 도구이며, 처리 시간은 오디오 길이와 서버 하드웨어에 따라 달라집니다.
