feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+YAML と JSON 形式を双方向で変換します。YAML ファイルをアップロードすると JSON が得られ、JSON ファイルをアップロードすると YAML が得られます。

+## Notes {#notes}
+
+- 変換方向は入力ファイルの拡張子から自動検出されます。`.yaml` または `.yml` は `.json` を生成し、`.json` は `.yaml` を生成します。
+- `.yaml` と `.yml` の両方の拡張子を受け付けます。
+- 複数ドキュメントの YAML ファイルでは最初のドキュメントのみが変換されます。`---` で区切られた追加のドキュメントは無視されます。
