feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+AI を活用した文字起こし（faster-whisper）で音声をテキストに変換します。プレーンテキスト、SRT、VTT の出力形式に対応し、言語の自動または手動選択が可能です。

+`GET /api/v1/jobs/{jobId}/progress` の SSE で進捗を追跡します。ジョブが完了すると、SSE ストリームが `downloadUrl` とともに最終結果を配信します。

+## Notes {#notes}
+
+- **transcription** 機能バンドルのインストールが必要です。バンドルが利用できない場合、コード `FEATURE_NOT_INSTALLED`、不足している `feature`、`featureName`、`estimatedSize` とともに `501` を返します。
+- 文字起こしには faster-whisper を使用します。言語 `auto` は、話されている言語を自動検出します。
+- `srt` と `vtt` 形式は各セグメントのタイムスタンプを含み、字幕に適しています。
+- `txt` 形式はタイムスタンプなしのプレーンテキストを返します。
+- これは実行時間の長い AI ツールです。処理時間は音声の長さとサーバーのハードウェアに依存します。
