feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+## 注意事項 {#notes}
+
+- `light` はより多くのディテールを保持しますが、除去するノイズは少なくなります。`strong` はより多くのノイズを除去しますが、わずかなアーティファクトが生じることがあります。
+- ファンの音、エアコン、静電気ノイズなど、一定の背景ノイズがある録音で最良の結果が得られます。
+- 出力は通常、入力コンテナを維持します。AAC 入力は M4A として書き出され、サポートされていないデコード専用の入力は MP3 にフォールバックします。
