feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+# 音声チャンネル {#audio-channels}
+
+音声をモノラルとステレオのレイアウト間で変換したり、ステレオファイルの左右のチャンネルを入れ替えたりします。

+
+音声ファイルと JSON の `settings` フィールドを含むマルチパートフォームデータを受け付けます。

+## 注意事項 {#notes}
+
+- `stereo-to-mono` は両方のチャンネルを 1 つのモノラルトラックにミックスします。
+- `mono-to-stereo` はモノラルチャンネルを左右の両方に複製します。
+- `swap` はステレオファイルの左右のチャンネルを入れ替えます。
+- 出力は通常、入力コンテナを維持します。AAC 入力は M4A として書き出され、サポートされていないデコード専用の入力は MP3 にフォールバックします。
