feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+
+Converte tra i formati JSON e XML in entrambe le direzioni. Carica un file JSON per ottenere XML, oppure carica un file XML per ottenere JSON.

+Accetta dati form multipart con un file JSON o XML e un campo JSON `settings`.

+## Notes {#notes}
+
+- La direzione della conversione viene rilevata automaticamente dall'estensione del file di input: `.json` produce `.xml`, e `.xml` produce `.json`.
+- Il parametro `pretty` si applica a entrambe le direzioni. Quando `false`, l'output è compatto senza indentazione.
+- Gli attributi XML e le strutture annidate vengono preservati durante la conversione di andata e ritorno dove possibile.
