feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+Hapus objek yang tidak diinginkan dari gambar menggunakan inpainting AI (model LaMa). Menerima gambar dan masker yang menunjukkan area yang akan dihapus.

+## Catatan {#notes}
+
+- Memerlukan model bundle `object-eraser-colorize` terpasang (1-2 GB).
+- Masker harus berdimensi sama dengan gambar sumber. Piksel putih menunjukkan area yang dihapus; AI mengisinya dengan konten yang masuk akal.
+- Menggunakan LaMa (Large Mask Inpainting) untuk penghapusan objek berkualitas tinggi.
+- Untuk format output yang tidak dapat dipratinjau di browser, pratinjau WebP dihasilkan bersama output utama.
+- Mendukung format input HEIC/HEIF, RAW, TGA, PSD, EXR, dan HDR melalui dekode otomatis.
