feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+## Notes {#notes}
+
+- दो फ़ाइलें अपलोड करें: पहली एक वीडियो होनी चाहिए, दूसरी एक सबटाइटल फ़ाइल (.srt, .vtt, या .ass) होनी चाहिए।
+- बर्न किए गए सबटाइटल स्थायी रूप से वीडियो का हिस्सा होते हैं और दर्शक द्वारा बंद नहीं किए जा सकते। टॉगल किए जा सकने वाले सबटाइटल के लिए, इसके बजाय Embed Subtitles टूल का उपयोग करें।
