feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+## Notes {#notes}
+
+- जब `region` को छोड़ दिया जाता है, तो पूरी इमेज को पिक्सेलेट किया जाता है।
+- क्षेत्र निर्देशांक इमेज के ऊपरी-बाएँ कोने के सापेक्ष पिक्सेल में होते हैं। क्षेत्र इमेज की सीमाओं के भीतर होना चाहिए।
+- आउटपुट प्रारूप इनपुट प्रारूप से मेल खाता है। HEIC, RAW, PSD और SVG इनपुट प्रोसेसिंग से पहले स्वतः डिकोड किए जाते हैं।
