feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+## Notes {#notes}
+
+- समय सेकंड में निर्दिष्ट किए जाते हैं और इनमें दशमलव शामिल हो सकते हैं (जैसे `10.5`)।
+- `endS` मान `startS` से अधिक होना चाहिए।
+- यदि `endS` ऑडियो अवधि से अधिक है, तो फ़ाइल अंत तक ट्रिम की जाती है।
+- आउटपुट आमतौर पर इनपुट कंटेनर को बनाए रखता है। AAC इनपुट को M4A के रूप में लिखा जाता है, और असमर्थित decode-only इनपुट MP3 पर वापस चले जाते हैं।
