feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

+
+Convertit entre les formats JSON et XML dans les deux sens. Chargez un fichier JSON pour obtenir du XML, ou chargez un fichier XML pour obtenir du JSON.

+## Remarques {#notes}
+
+- Le sens de conversion est détecté automatiquement à partir de l'extension du fichier d'entrée : `.json` produit `.xml`, et `.xml` produit `.json`.
+- Le paramètre `pretty` s'applique dans les deux sens. Lorsqu'il vaut `false`, la sortie est compacte sans indentation.
+- Les attributs XML et les structures imbriquées sont conservés lors de la conversion aller-retour lorsque cela est possible.
