Delete tracked files with no inbound references: the April working-context snapshot with wrong catalog counts, the root RULES.md copy, the research directory, six dated planning and triage docs from March, the superseded selective-install design, three April fix notes, two 1.8.0 marketing quotes, the 1.10.0 discussion draft, and an unreferenced demo video. Remove the motion-ui monolith skill and its ja-JP mirror; the motion-foundations, motion-patterns, and motion-advanced trio supersedes it. Catalog counts move from 286 to 285 skills. Move the two TDD evidence docs under docs/releases/2.2.0 and the session adapter contract under docs/architecture with a link from cross-harness.md. Link the plan-prd pattern doc from its command and the plan-canvas design doc from its skill. Inline the benchmark-methodology description scalar and drop hardcoded counts from SOUL.md. scaffolds/ stays: the install executor reads it. Everything Claude Code (ECC) is a production-ready AI coding plugin: specialized agents, on-demand skills, slash commands, rules, and automated hook workflows for software development.
Core Principles
- Agent-First — route work to the right specialist as early as possible.
- Test-Driven — write or refresh tests before trusting implementation changes.
- Security-First — validate inputs, protect secrets, and keep safe defaults.
- Immutability — prefer explicit state transitions over mutation.
- Plan Before Execute — complex changes should be broken into deliberate phases.
Agent Orchestration Philosophy
ECC is designed so specialists are invoked proactively: planners for implementation strategy, reviewers for code quality, security reviewers for sensitive code, and build resolvers when the toolchain breaks.
Cross-Harness Vision
This gitagent surface is an initial portability layer for ECC's shared identity, governance, and skill catalog. Native agents, commands, and hooks remain authoritative in the repository until full manifest coverage is added.
