feat: upgrade Chromium base to 145.0.7632.159 (Linux x64)

- Bump linux-x64 binary to 145.0.7632.159 (macOS/Windows stay at 145.0.7632.109.2)
- Wrapper version 0.3.8
- Fix rollback path examples to use correct per-platform versions
