Restructure so hooks are always called, then conditionally use their return values. ### "Derived state in useEffect — compute during render instead" Delete the `useEffect` + `useState` pair. Replace with a `const` computed directly from dependencies during render. ### "Existing memoization could not be preserved" Check for mutations inside memoized values. Ensure dependencies are stable.
