Hide user ID display in posts and replies when subplebbit.features.pseudonymityMode is 'per-reply'. Uses useSubplebbitField to avoid unnecessary rerenders.

Fix route parameter name in use-initial-theme hook (communityAddress -> boardIdentifier), correct release workflow artifact paths (dist -> out/make), add BUILD_ARCH env var for Linux arm64 builds, fix macOS app name dev check, and update capacitor webDir to match vite output.

- Update excerpt format to show both title and content (title: content)
- Add Type and Image columns to compact view (desktop and mobile)
- Show parent post above replies in feed view
- Add approve/reject buttons to post page for pending posts when user is mod
- Translate pending approval string across all languages
- Reorder columns: No., Excerpt, Submitted, Type, Image, Actions
- Right-align Type and Image columns in desktop view

- Add 'No.' column displaying post number
- Change 'waiting' to 'submitted' column with formatted date + ago format
- Show blinking relative time in parentheses for items awaiting approval
- Use useEditedComment hook to display pending edits
- Make time column width auto to fit content
- Remove unused translation keys (waiting, mod_queue_alert_threshold_tip, view)
- Add 'submitted' translation key in all languages
