- Upgrade vite-plugin-pwa 0.21.1 → 1.2.0 (Vite 7/Rolldown compatible)
- Add workbox-*@7.4.0 to satisfy peer deps
- Define process.version in vite config to fix stream polyfill crash

feat: use portless for stable dev server URL
...
Dev server now runs at http://5chan.localhost:1355 via portless reverse proxy instead of a random port. Updates electron dev URLs and wait-on targets to match. Contributors can bypass with PORTLESS=0.

feat(blotter): replace board stats with changelog-backed blotter

Add static blotter snapshot, route /blotter, compact board blotter (Hide/Show All).
Include yarn blotter tooling and AGENTS rules so every changelog version has a
release line. 4chan-style table UI, subplebbit→board and plebchan→5chan in messages.

feat(build): sync vendored directories from GitHub on start and build
...
Adds sync-directories.js script that fetches 5chan-directories.json from bitsocialhq/lists and updates the vendored fallback. Runs before generate:assets in prestart and prebuild to ensure the fallback is fresh for every build. Non-fatal: if fetch fails, existing file is kept.
