refactor(settings-modal): align avatar settings UI with crypto wallets

Refactor avatar settings to match crypto wallets UI structure and styling. Use flexbox layout for consistent spacing, align input widths, use ErrorDisplay component for errors, and add delete avatar functionality with translations.
