MalinandClaude Sonnet 5 61eb35eb1c feat: QR table ordering page (mesa.html) ...

Customer scans a table's QR code, lands here with ?table=<id>,
sees the live carta, builds a cart, and orders directly -- no
staff involvement needed. Posts to the same public API pickup
ordering already uses, just with a bound tableId instead of null.
